I prepare baked goods for the Mexico Farmer's Market every week to go along with my produce. I also make:

All jams are loaded with fresh fruit. All jellies are made from fruit, not from juice! Fruit syrups contain the juice from about a quart of fruit per pint of syrup.
Blackberries are coming in so blackberry jams and syrup will be available in the next week.
